Scheduling

We try to accommodate the busy schedules of our families whenever possible, but it is our policy to schedule pre-school children and those in the primary grades during the morning hours. Official school excuse forms will be provided if necessary. Late afternoon appointments and Saturday hours are reserved for children in the secondary or high-school grades, and for the convenience of working parents. Emergencies will always receive priority.

Should it be necessary for you to miss an appointment, kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance so the time can be allotted to other children waiting for an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge for lost time, except in the case of an unforeseen problem.

Every effort is made to maintain our appointment schedule. But working with children comes with an inherent unpredictability. So please be patient and enjoy our people-friendly waiting room.
